Have some stuff you've been meaning to get rid of? Here's your excuse to finally clean out those closets, garages and storage buildings!
Ohoopee River RV & Camp Resort is hosting a Multi-Family Community Yard Sale and we're inviting our neighbors throughout the surrounding community to join us.
Best of all, there is NO FEE to participate! Sellers setting up at the campground will have access to picnic tables and covered pavilion space while available. Additional space is available outside the covered pavilion areas, and you're welcome to bring your own tables.
You can set up with us at the campground under one of our covered pavilions or hold your own yard sale at home and help us make October 3, 2026, a community-wide yard sale day.
We're working to bring the shoppers to you, too! We'll be promoting the Community Yard Sale through local newspaper advertising, a Facebook Event and community promotion leading up to the sale.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to set up at the campground?
No! There is no charge to participate in the Community Yard Sale.
Do I have to bring my own table?
Not necessarily. A limited number of picnic tables will be available for sellers at the campground, and you're welcome to bring additional folding tables or displays if you need more room. Picnic tables will be assigned based on order of sign ups.
Will the selling area be covered?
Yes. Sellers at the campground will be set up under our pavilion area (as space allows), so the tables will be under cover.
Do I have to sell at the campground to participate?
No. We also encourage residents in the surrounding community to hold a yard sale at their own home on October 3. Our goal is to bring more yard sale shoppers into the area and create a community-wide shopping day.
What can I sell?
Typical personal yard sale items are welcome. Firearms and illegal items are not permitted at the campground.
Who handles payments?
Each seller is responsible for their own items and transactions. Please plan to have your own cash/change or other preferred payment methods available.
What happens to items that don't sell?
All unsold items must leave with you. Items cannot be left at the campground or placed in the campground dumpster for disposal.
When do I need to be set up?
Shopping begins at 8:00 AM, so all sellers should be completely set up and ready before the gates open to shoppers.
