Terms of Service

Ohoopee River RV & Camp Resort 1449 John Trull Circle, Lyons, GA 30436

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made from Ohoopee River RV & Camp Resort ("we," "us," "the resort") through our website, our online payment links, and our other online checkout pages. This includes event tickets, merchandise, passes, and other goods and services we offer from time to time.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it.

2. Event tickets

All ticket sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This includes general admission, VIP, and any other admission product, and it applies whether or not you attend.

Transfers. Tickets are transferable. You may give or sell your ticket to someone else, but you are responsible for getting it to them. We do not re-issue, track, or mediate transfers, and we are not responsible for tickets obtained from third parties or resellers.

Rain or shine. Events take place rain or shine. Weather alone is not grounds for a refund.

If we cancel. If we cancel an event outright and do not reschedule it, we will refund the ticket price paid. Refunds in that case are limited to the ticket price and do not include travel, lodging, camping, fuel, or other costs you may have incurred. If we postpone or reschedule an event, your ticket will be honored on the new date.

Lineup and schedule. Performers, set times, gate times, and event features are subject to change without notice. A change to the lineup or schedule is not grounds for a refund. Individual performances may be shortened, delayed, or cancelled for reasons outside our control.

Wristbands and admission. Admission is granted by wristband. Wristbands that are lost, stolen, damaged, or removed will not be replaced, and a wristband that has been tampered with is void. You may be asked to show your order confirmation at the gate.

Children. Children 12 and under are admitted free to general admission with a ticketed adult. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Free admission does not include access to VIP areas; VIP access requires a VIP pass regardless of age.

3. Camping and lodging

Camping, RV sites, cabins, glamping units, and other lodging are booked separately from event tickets and are not included with any ticket purchase.

Camping and lodging reservations are governed by our reservation terms and cancellation policy, not by this section. Please see our Campground Terms & Policies.

Cancelling a camping reservation does not refund an event ticket, and cancelling an event ticket does not affect a camping reservation. They are separate purchases with separate terms.

4. Admission, conduct, and safety

We may refuse or revoke entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the property, any person who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disorderly, threatening, or disruptive to others; is intoxicated to the point of endangering themselves or others; brings prohibited items onto the property; violates posted rules, these terms, or the lawful instruction of staff or security; or is found to have a void, altered, or fraudulently obtained wristband. No refund will be issued to anyone refused entry or removed for these reasons.

Search. We may inspect bags, coolers, and vehicles as a condition of entry.

Prohibited items. Prohibited items are posted at the entrance and on our website and may be updated before an event.

Assumption of risk. Outdoor events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, weather, wildlife, insects, water, vehicle traffic, crowds, and exposure to amplified sound and lighting effects that may be loud or bright. You attend at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety and supervision of any minors in your care. Hearing protection is recommended.

The property borders the Ohoopee River. Entering the water is at your own risk, and no lifeguard is on duty at any time.

Pets. Pets are permitted in the campground on a leash under our standard campground rules. Pet access to event and concert areas may be restricted for the safety of the animal.

Alcohol. We do not sell, serve, or supply alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption. A licensed third-party vendor may sell alcohol on site under their own license, permits, and age-verification requirements, and any such sale is between you and that vendor. All guests are expected to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose consumption creates a safety concern for themselves or others.

5. Photography, video, and recording

We photograph and record our events for promotional purposes. By entering the property or an event area, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant us the right to use that footage and those images in any medium, worldwide, without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not enter areas where recording is taking place.

Professional cameras, drones, and commercial recording equipment require our advance written permission.

6. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Advertised ticket prices include applicable Georgia state and local sales tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Advance ticket prices are available only until the advance deadline published for that event. After that deadline, gate prices apply.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel and refund any order placed at the incorrect price.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at info@ohoopeeresort.com or (833) 646-6733. We will work with you to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for a completed, non-refundable purchase without contacting us first may result in the cancellation of the associated tickets or reservation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, natural disaster, power failure, illness or unavailability of performers, labor disruption, acts of government, public health orders, or civil disturbance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Toombs County, Georgia.
