Ohoopee River RV & Camp Resort is preparing to open its property for weddings, birthdays, reunions, concerts, retreats, corporate gatherings and other private events.

Before we begin booking events, we are inviting local event professionals, service providers and creative businesses to join us for an informal networking evening and an early look at the spaces we hope to offer.

This event is designed for professionals who work in or support the event industry, including:

• Event and wedding planners

• Florists and decorators

• Bakers and caterers

• Photographers and videographers

• DJs and entertainers

• Hair and makeup professionals

• Event equipment and rental companies

• Officiants

• Mobile bars and food vendors

• Other local businesses serving weddings, parties and private events

What to Expect

During the evening, guests will have an opportunity to:

• Tour the campground and explore potential event spaces

• See how the property could be transformed for different types of gatherings

• Meet other local professionals who may become future referral or collaboration partners

• Learn about our plans for weddings, retreats, reunions, concerts, corporate events and private celebrations

• Enjoy light refreshments and relaxed conversation

There will be no formal sales presentation. Our goal is to introduce the property, build relationships and begin connecting with the local professionals who may help bring future events to life.
