Celebrate the 4th with patriotic fun, glowing summer nights, and one of the best fireworks views on the river.
Join us at Ohoopee River RV & Camp Resort for one of our most popular weekends of the year: Red, White & Glow Weekend. This action-packed holiday celebration combines everything we love about summer: family fun, water attractions, patriotic traditions, glow-in-the-dark excitement, and unforgettable memories by the river.
Guests are encouraged to go all out with red, white, and blue decorations, patriotic outfits, glow gear, and decorated golf carts. Whether you're relaxing by the river, competing in activities, singing karaoke, or gathering for fireworks, there's something for everyone throughout the weekend.
Thursday
Kick off the holiday weekend with our campground-favorite Snack Bingo. Bring a snack to play—the snacks become the prizes.
Friday
The water slide and obstacle course will be open throughout the day, providing hours of summer fun for guests of all ages. Join us for a glow-themed craft activity before the evening festivities begin.
Friday night features Karaoke & Glow Party, complete with glow sticks,, music, and glowing fun. Guests are also encouraged to dress in their most patriotic or best glow-themed outfit for our special outfit contest.
Saturday
The water slide and obstacle course return for another day of fun, along with a patriotic craft activity and our Patriotic Site Decorating Contest. Show off your creativity and campground spirit by decorating your campsite in red, white, and blue.
Saturday evening brings Music Bingo, our patriotic Golf Cart Parade, and what many consider the best view around for our neighbors' annual fireworks display over the river.
After the fireworks, the celebration continues with a Glow After Party featuring music, glow gear, and glow-in-the-dark games at the riverfront stage and pavilion.
